When self esteem is high, it is easier to be flexible and able to understand others’ feelings, unleashing creativity and productivity of the group. When self esteem is low, it is easier to be unproductive, critical, and defensive. Authentic Leaders are aware of and so can positively impact their own and others’ self esteem.

Creative Leadership is leadership that drives innovation and organizational advancement. Creativity is a key factor in this approach; however it is not sufficient. Unless new ideas can be implemented, there can be no innovation. Therefore this approach teaches practical ways of implementing new ideas, in addition generating more creativity, using the formula: Innovation = creativity + implementation.
