What is the leadership?
It is a process or way of being that can be used to influence an individual or group’s activity towards achieving a specific target or goal (i.e. solving a problem).
Three Ways to Develop Leadership
Leadership that works with natural orientations to more easily achieve results, without overusing strengths, is Natural Leadership. This approach begins with knowing one’s basic orientation and behavioral style, and works to apply this awareness to life and leadership.

Authentic Leadership comes from being aware and open to the feedback and influence of others, so as to more powerfully achieve objectives. The effectiveness of Authentic Leadership is based in awareness and the ability to influence/change one’s sense of self esteem. When self esteem is high, it is easier to be flexible and able to understand others’ feelings, unleashing creativity and productivity of the group. When self esteem is low, it is easier to be unproductive, critical, and defensive. Authentic Leaders are aware of and so can positively impact their own and others’ self esteem.

Creative Leadership is leadership that drives innovation and organizational advancement. Creativity is a key factor in this approach; however it is not sufficient. Unless new ideas can be implemented, there can be no innovation. Therefore this approach teaches practical ways of implementing new ideas, in addition generating more creativity, using the formula: Innovation = creativity + implementation.
